Bilingual in French and English, he thrives in multicultural environments and fosters strong relationships with diverse teams and partners.
Dr. Ramesh Raliya
Having grown up on a farm, Dr. Ramesh Raliya brings his industry-leading understanding of smart materials and decades of engineered biomolecule research to Tidal Grow AgriScience so that his ideas can scale globally. With three books and over 100 research articles published, Dr. Raliya leads the development of cutting-edge formulations that integrate nanotechnology, chemistry, and biology.
Yuan Cheng
Yuan is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for transforming food systems and over a decade of experience commercializing platform technologies. He has a knack for leading cross-functional collaboration and leads development of Tidal Grow AgriScience’s product portfolio through an agile, customer-centric approach to innovation.
Gary Jones
Gary has been an entrepreneur, building companies since 1975, playing a critical role in Newhall Jones, Inc, North American Seasonings, and Creative Ag Products. Since merging Creative Ag Products with Tidal Vision in 2022, Gary has continued to lead strategic initiatives improving the technology and efficiency of our Raymond facility and paving the way for expansions in Washington and Texas.
Tom Robeson
Tom has over 30 years (7 with us) of experience managing and growing companies in aviation, logistics, and regenerative agriculture. He has an uncanny ability to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve productivity, while earning the respect and trust of his teams, suppliers, and customers. Tom oversees both the Raymond and Texas facilities.

Dan is a passionate sales executive with over 20 years’ experience in developing and leading high performing teams. With a background in multiple industries and diverse company cultures, Dan will focus on supporting a sales environment, developing each of the team’s strengths to contribute to our overall team’s success.

Andy Low
Having grown some of the largest agricultural business divisions in the game at Helena and Western Farm Services, Andy brings 3 decades of experience to the team. With master degrees in Biology (CSU, Freso) and Soil Science (Utah State), and experience in every part of commercial ag, Andy matches our solutions to his deep understanding of agriculture’s needs.
Geoffrey W McInnes
Geoffrey is a plant nutrition specialist, agronomist, entomologist, plant pathologist, and microbiologist who comes to Tidal Grow® AgriScience with over 30 years of experience in the agricultural industry (Wilbur-Ellis, Helena, AEA). In California as an agricultural consultant, CCA & PCA, his experience has served over 85 different crops in 20 counties on 100,000+ acres of fruits, vineyards, vegetables, grain, nuts, fiber, and row crops.
Jenny Garley
Rooted in the California coast, Jenny comes to Tidal Grow with over 20 years in Agriculture, with experience at Advancing Eco Ag and New Age Labs. With a master’s degree in food science and technology from Oregon State University and University of Alaska Fairbanks, Jenny brings strong data skills, sap analysis expertise, and a unique agronomic lens to the team.
Kevin Steward
Kevin, previously at Purina Feed and Winfield United, is a seasoned veteran of the livestock and agronomic segments of Agriculture. Having covered over 10 Midwest states, Kevin understands the differences between geographies and crops. His passion is to help the customer balance their resources to outperform expectations while improving the environment for future generations.
Levi Tipton
Levi is a forward-thinking seedsman driven by a mission to deliver value from business-to-business relationships all the way down to the farm gate. Rooted in a family farm in Iowa, his journey spans seed production, agronomy support, and a Master’s in Seed Technology and Business from Iowa State University.
Mark Dodd
With three decades of production agronomy experience, Mark is a veteran at building trust and collaboration to grow sustainable agricultural industries. His background includes everything from agronomic consulting, laboratory analysis, to equipment modifications for better farming operations. Mark leverages his extensive experience to connect growers to the next generation tools that level-up farmers across the US.

Alex Gaynor
Having grown up surrounded by farming and equipped with a graduate degree from UCSB’s Bren school, Alex brings an intense passion for micro and macro ecologic systems to the team. He applies deep experience in communications to connect the exciting portfolio available at Tidal Grow AgriScience with the growers that can benefit by applying them.
Allyson Golden
Allyson joined the Tidal Grow team with over a decade of customer service experience and a background in visual art. She loves to see a plan come together, blending her talents and passions for communication and efficiency to support the sales team and ensure ordering Tidal Grow products is a breeze.
Ashley Nief
Ashley comes to Tidal Grow AgriScience with a deep background in marketing and communicating with a diverse set of target audiences. Her experience coordinating and developing marketing for Shibuya Hoppman complements her passion for working with people to keep our trade shows running smoothly.

Carly’s passion for building relationships has led her down the path of customer service and volunteer management for over 20 years. At Tidal Grow AgriScience, Carly aims to enhance the customer experience and provide sales support to heighten each customer’s journey.
Meghna Rao
Meghna crafts dynamic marketing materials that narrate Tidal Grow AgriScience ‘s story around impact, green chemistry, and thought leadership in climate technology. As an educator trained in environmental science with a master’s from UCSB’s Bren School, her mission is to bridge the gap between complex technical products and their applications in promoting a more sustainable future.

As Assistant Plant Manager at Raymond, Gilbert is a trusted leader with devotion to his team and the absolute highest standard of product. After 9 years of helping the company grow, Gilbert knows how to deliver a smooth supply chain experience with the exceptional quality we are known for.
Lane Smith
After 10 years of showing up and making things happen, Lane is a manager respected by his team and those customers lucky enough to overlap with him. With hard skills in welding, plumbing, fabrication, maintenance of machinery, mechanics, and construction, Lane also has the soft skills to lead a team that enjoys their work and delivers impressive results.

Anthony DiMeglio
Anthony is a published chemical ecologist who brings over a decade of diverse experience in applied biotechnology research and product development. He has conducted research with highly specialized research groups including the USDA-ARS Invasive Insect Behavior and Biocontrol Laboratory, Bayer Crop Science’s Ecological Risk Assessment team, and Virginia Tech’s Vegetable Insect Pest Research group. He aims to further the innovation ecosystem by building a robust, grower-informed research pipeline.
James A. W. Shoemaker
James comes to Tidal Grow AgriScience with over 20+ years of experience discovering and developing novel technologies across various industries. He will be focused on the development of TGA’s next generation of sustainable agricultural solutions.
Jennifer Williams
Originally from Ashland, Kentucky, Jennifer comes to Tidal Vision with a breadth of regulatory and deeper crop science experience. Equipped with a PhD in Entomology and a MS in ecology of agroecosystems, Jennifer has direct field experience getting products through regulatory and into farmer’s hands at MGK/Sumimoto, and Loam Bio.
Ricki Schneider
Inspired by nature, Ricki brings a chemistry degree and years in botanical chemistry and biological systems research to Tidal Grow AgriScience. Ricki understands and can explain the deepest intricacies of how chitosan and other important biologicals work for agricultural applications.
