With experience as SVP, CRO, and CCO, he excels in strategic planning, business development, negotiation, and contract development. Bilingual in French and English, he thrives in multicultural environments and fosters strong relationships with diverse teams and partners.

Yuan Cheng

Yuan is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for transforming food systems and over a decade of experience commercializing platform technologies. He has a knack for leading cross-functional collaboration and leads development of Tidal Grow AgriScience’s product portfolio through an agile, customer-centric approach to innovation.

Trey Cutts, Ph.D.

Trey has enjoyed a diverse career in the agriculture industry spanning both public and private roles within North America and overseas. Trey is passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring technical concepts to commercial reality and facilitate solution impact at scale. Trey received in his Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from Texas A&M University, and his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Crop and Soil Science from the University of Georgia.

Driven by a lifelong passion for agriculture, I bring 30+ years of global experience to my role as VP of Innovation and Business Development —bridging science and strategy to deliver scalable solutions that empower growers, transform food systems, and help agriculture do more with less.

Galynn Beer, MBA

Raised on a farm in the Oklahoma Panhandle, Galynn brings around three decades of experience within the value-add fertilizer space of agriculture—supporting various cropping systems and soil types across North America. Galynn is intentional in remaining connected with customers as part of monitoring the economic climate of agriculture. Galynn holds an MBA from Michigan State University and bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Lisa Scebbi

Lisa is a global agricultural and food marketer with extensive experience in building niche brands. She is passionate about agriculture and bringing regenerative solutions to market that positively impact retailers, growers, and ultimately consumers. Lisa leads strategy and execution of integrated marketing communications plans for Tidal Grow AgriScience.

B Pratyusha Chennupati

B Pratyusha Chennupati is a regulatory strategist and ag-biotech leader advancing sustainable crop solutions. She specializes in global registrations for biostimulants, microbial products, and RNA-based technologies, bridging science, policy, and commercialization. Her work enables responsible innovation across North America, Europe, and emerging agricultural markets.

Lindsey Aagesen-Sandusky

Lindsey’s love for agriculture grew from holding customer support roles in fertilizer and crop protection. Seeing the impact and importance of the industry inspired her to steer her career path deeper into the agriculture world. Her broad experience working with row and specialty crops has given her a deep appreciation and understanding of the problems and opportunities growers are facing today.

Tim Barrett

Tim has a passion for improving plant and soil health through practical, results-driven agronomy. With a background in Plant Biology from UC Davis and experience as both a PCA and Agronomist, Tim helps growers achieve measurable improvements in soil, water, and crop performance. His curiosity about sustainability and long-term ROI drives his work and fuels his commitment to helping farmers thrive.

Adam Beck

Adam enjoys working along side growers and ag retailers to provide solid agronomic solutions to everyday problems in the field. He brings over 20 years of experience in crop fertility and crop protection, a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Purdue University, and has been a Certified Crop Advisor for 12 years.

Brian Cummings

Brian has over 30 years of experience in strategic sales and business development for seed, crop protection, and technology in the agriculture industry in both Canada and the U.S. His vast experience in agriculture sales leadership and supply chain management enables him to be highly customer-centric. Brian is passionate about building and maintaining trusted customer relationships that are rooted in finding solutions to best fit the customers’ needs. Brian also serves on the board of directors for the Canadian Association for Agri-Retailers.

Tamila Fraser

Tamila Fraser brings over 25 years of hands-on ag experience, working with growers, distributors and industry partners across North America. She has led teams, supported field programs, developed dealer networks and shared agronomy insights at events and webinars. Tami is driven by an interest in sustainability, strong relationships, and helping growers adopt intelligent, innovative practices. 

Emily Gant

Emily’s path in agriculture has been shaped by over a decade of hands-on work across the pre- and post-harvest segments throughout North America, with a focus centered in the Pacific Northwest. She holds a degree from Oregon State University, which laid the foundation for her technical expertise and commitment to sustainable farming practices. Her interest in crop quality, innovation, and sustainability has fueled a career centered on helping farms meet the demands of a changing industry. She’s passionate about sustainable agriculture, finding ways to protect both crop quality and the environment. Emily brings a thoughtful, science-backed approach to every conversation, always aiming to support long-term success for farms and the land they depend on.

Curt Knight

Curt is a boots-on-the-ground soil science professional who is passionate about soil health, plant health, and conservation. He brings eight years of agronomy research experience and recent experience in market development, sales enablement, and agronomic solution creation.

Jeremy Liebelt

Jeremy Liebelt brings nearly two decades of sales and product management experience in the fertilizer industry. He’s led national account portfolios, supported key product lines across Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash, and most recently served as Director of Sales. His background spans regional sales leadership, national accounts, and process improvement, including multiple Lean Six Sigma projects. Known for his integrity and strategic approach, Jeremy holds a B.S. in Finance, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a 2025 graduate of The Fertilizer Institute’s Ford West Leadership Academy. 

Rob Marquardt

Rob comes to Tidal Grow with a extensive hands-on background across agriculture, fire prevention, and the coal industries. He’s built his career by taking on complex challenges directly and developing practical, safe, and effective solutions through real-world experience and persistent dedication. Rob will focus on identifying equipment constraints, sourcing tanks and equipment, coordinating tank cleaning, and supporting programs designed to accelerate customer growth.

Juliana Osorio, Ph.D.

Juliana brings fifteen years of experience in public and private organizations, developing, leading, and implementing agronomic strategies for improved crop performance, along with extensive track managing and implementing innovation and development projects in diverse areas of plant breeding, production, and agriculture. She also enjoys hiking and exploring local coffee shops when not working. Juliana obtained her Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from Texas A&M University, a M.Sc. in Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences from The University of Arkansas, and a B.Sc. in Agronomy Engineering from The National University of Colombia.

Kevin Steward

Kevin, previously at Purina Feed and Winfield United, is a seasoned veteran of the livestock and agronomic segments of Agriculture. Having covered over 10 Midwest states, Kevin understands the differences between geographies and crops. His passion is to help the customer balance their resources to outperform expectations while improving the environment for future generations.

Sarah Budde Rodriguez, Ph.D.

Sarah Budde Rodriguez, Ph.D. is a plant pathologist and a graduate of North Dakota State University. She’s passionate about innovating solutions for the agricultural industry’s ever-evolving challenges. With five years of experience in the agricultural chemical industry, she’s eager to contribute her expertise to Tidal Grow AgriScience.

Brad Schulz

Raised on a diversified crop and livestock farm in south-central Nebraska, Brad Schultz brings over 15 years of agribusiness experience, specializing in crop fertility and soil test data analysis. He works closely with agricultural retailers and growers across the Great Plains, providing practical, data-driven solutions for row-crop production. Combining hands-on field knowledge with business and management experience, Brad is committed to helping growers optimize crop performance and adopt modern, sustainable farming practices.

Ishan Banshpal

Ishan specializes in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. With expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, he works on analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and generating data-driven insights. He has experience in statistical analysis, deep learning, and data visualization, helping organizations leverage data for informed decision-making.

Carly Brewer

Carly’s passion for building relationships has led her down the path of customer service and volunteer management for over 20 years. At Tidal Grow AgriScience, Carly aims to enhance the customer experience and provide sales support to heighten each customer’s journey.

Alex Gaynor

Having grown up surrounded by farming and equipped with a graduate degree from UCSB’s Bren school, Alex brings an intense passion for micro and macro ecologic systems to the team. He applies deep experience in communications to connect the exciting portfolio available at Tidal Grow AgriScience with the growers that can benefit by applying them.

Minh Nguyen

Minh holds an MBA and B.S. in Food Science and Technology from University of California, Davis. He started his career in the food and biotechnology industry where he bridged technical insights and financial strategy to drive innovation in the food industry. He is passionate about sustainable solutions in the food and agriculture industry, including upcycling food waste to create high-value products and promote circular economy. Minh brings his expertise in finance and product strategy—helping to advance sustainable innovation in agriculture.

Jen McCarty

Jen McCarty brings over a decade of marketing and sales experience to the Tidal Grow AgriScience team. Jen has a strong track record of aligning sales and marketing functions to drive measurable growth for small to mid-sized ag tech companies. Her strategic approach to messaging and market engagement has consistently delivered impactful results. Passionate, collaborative, and driven, Jen is a key asset in helping us connect with our customers and growers.

Sarah Riley

Sarah supports agriculture by connecting people with meaningful, purpose-driven roles. She brings full-cycle recruiting experience across field-based and seasonal hiring, partnering with rural teams to meet time-sensitive needs. Based in Colorado, she enjoys family time and the outdoors.

Jennifer Wander

Jennifer is a dedicated team-focused leader with a strong background in enabling high-performing teams. As Executive Marketing Administrator at Tidal Grow Ag, she drives strategic initiatives and fosters cross-functional collaboration. Her proactive leadership and organizational skills enhance executive decision-making and operational efficiency. Jennifer is passionate about empowering teams and elevating the customer experience through thoughtful, results-driven marketing support.

As Plant Manager at Raymond, Gilbert is a trusted leader with devotion to his team and the absolute highest standard of product. After 9 years of helping the company grow, Gilbert knows how to deliver a smooth supply chain experience with the exceptional quality we are known for.

Marcin Kluza

Marcin has over 12 years of sales experience and a background as a CDL driver for Tidal Grow, bringing a unique blend of customer relationship skills and operational insight to his role as Assistant Plant Manager. With a passion for both environmental and community well-being, he is excited to shape a sustainable future through Tidal Vision’s mission.

Lane Smith

After 10 years of showing up and making things happen, Lane is a manager respected by his team and those customers lucky enough to overlap with him. With hard skills in welding, plumbing, fabrication, maintenance of machinery, mechanics, and construction, Lane also has the soft skills to lead a team that enjoys their work and delivers impressive results.

Rose Stigar

An adept multi-tasker with over a decade of office admin experience, Rose literally keeps the wheels turning as Tidal Grow AgriScience’s Logistics Manager. Respected for her tenacity and ability to help anywhere and all the time, Rose is in it for the long haul and is excited to see where the road takes the Tidal Grow team.

Zac Carpenter, Ph.D.

With a Ph.D. in Weed Science from Mississippi State University and over a decade of research and product development experience, Zac brings a science-driven, practical approach to crop protection and plant health. He’s passionate about helping growers succeed with solutions that make both agronomic and environmental sense.

Adriana Puralewski, Ph.D.

Adriana brings over fifteen years of experience in agricultural biotechnology, leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to advance crop protection programs. As product manager of crop protection at Tidal Grow AgriScience, she coordinates field trials, regulatory strategy, and product development to efficiently turn early-stage research into innovative solutions successfully adopted in the market. 

Alex Mullins, Ph.D.

Alex is passionate about bringing sustainable chemical products to market. She is a trained chemist with a PhD from UNC Chapel Hill and comes to Tidal Vision with five years of commercialization and business development experience at Duke University’s Office for Translation & Commercialization. She is committed to breaking down barriers for world-changing innovations in her role on the regulatory team at Tidal Grow.

Ricki Schneider

Inspired by nature, Ricki brings a chemistry degree and years in botanical chemistry and biological systems research to Tidal Grow AgriScience. Ricki understands and can explain the deepest intricacies of how chitosan and other important biosolutions work for agricultural applications.

Jennifer Williams, Ph.D.

Originally from Ashland, Kentucky, Jennifer comes to Tidal Vision with a breadth of regulatory and deeper crop science experience. Equipped with a PhD in Entomology and a MS in ecology of agroecosystems, Jennifer has direct field experience getting products through regulatory and into farmer’s hands at MGK/Sumimoto, and Loam Bio.
